On arrival I decided it looked a little windier than yesterday so I rigged my 5.4 NR and Naish board and headed out, unfortunately I had misjudged the wind and there wasn't as much as I thought so after some schlogging interspersed with the occasional gust I headed back to get a bigger sail. I rigged my 6.4 Arrows Trixx and headed back out. This was definitely better and I got some nice good blasts and a few chop hops, although I did stuff up my only duck gybe attempt when I got a face full of sail after failing to grab the boom far enough back, it's so much easier with a smaller sail.

The wind was still pretty fluky so I headed off in search of chocolate, after a swift mars bar I went back out to find the wind had filled in nicely and it stayed that way for a good 20 minutes and I had a good powered up sail with some little chop hops and some better gybes, although after much tweaking I still didn't feel I was getting the best from the sail, and having seen the pics afterwards it would seem it wasn't rigged quite right so I will have to play some more to find the best settings and figure out how to get rid of those creases.
